If memory serves well, we hung 26 or 27 pieces per the following:
– a tapestry at the bottom of the staircase
– 4 small pieces below the tapestry
– 4 seasons of the lake going up the stairwell wall and at top of stairs
– Ansel Adams piece on stairwell wall
– 2 at the top of the stairs on the landing
– 4 on the wall under the staircase
– 1 on the wall adjacent to the bedroom
– 1 or 2 in the hall bathroom adjacent to the entry to the bedroom
– 1 in the bedroom
– a tapestry on the fireplace wall
– 6 on the wall adjacent to the fireplace
